MEASUREMENT OF FLOW IN LIQUID FLUIDS OR GASES

Different technologies allow to measure the flow of fluids. We highlight electromagnetic flowmeters, thermal flow meters and turbine or paddle flow meters.

ELECTROMAGNETIC FLOWMETER

It works for conductive liquids. It is based on the principle of Faraday's law.
When a current (conductive fluid) flows through a magnetic field, an induced voltage is generated that is detected by the electrodes and is proportional to the velocity of that fluid.
Each flowmeter is made up of the coils that generate the magnetic field and the electrodes.
These flow meters admit large ranges of measurement. All generate signals of type 4-20 mA and pulses.

THERMAL THERMAL FLOWMETER

For gaseous fluids.
It works according to the principle of thermal equilibrium between two sensors.
Maximum temperatures of 70ºC.
Alim 18 ... 36 Vdc.
Galvanically isolated 2 x 4-20 mA outputs and pulses.
Accuracy +/- 1.5% MV + - 0.3fs.
TFT display.
Aluminum box and stainless steel probe. IP 67.

FLOWMETER FOR TURBINE

For applications where the existing space is reduced and the fluid has a low viscosity.
Its operating principle is to pass the fluid through a microturbine that generates the signal 0-4-20mA or pulsatory.
We offer the flowmeter with different materials and options.

DETECTORES DE NIVEL DE FLUIDOS

We emphasize the capacitives. The probe and the wall of the tank make plates of a capacitor and depending on the level an analog signal is generated (if you want to measure the level with a 4-20 mA signal) or of simple contact as the alarm limit.
There are different options depending on the type of fluid and material in the tank.
